Where are you located?

GreenWeb HQ is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We deliver our services through a global network of data centers around the world located in Netherlands, USA, Germany, and Singapore.

What makes your web hosting service "Green"?

All our data centres use certified green energy from renewable sources. Making sure all of our infrastructure produces very little to no carbon footprint.

Do you advertise on your client's website?

No. However, some of our clients choose to participate in our affiliate program, and receive sales commissions by displaying banner ads for our services on their website.

Do you have a reseller program?

Not at the moment. We have plans to run a reseller program and we are working on creating the necessary infrastructure to ensure the full automation of the process.

Is the data center completely owned by you or do you co-locate?

We currently operate on a colocation basis through a network of industry leading partners. We are slowly expanding and hope to operate our own data centers in the near future.

How long will it take before my website is up?

For shared and WordPress hosting services, your hosting package will be live within minutes of signing up and completing your first payment. Depending on whether you bought a new domain, you’re transferring or pointing a domain name, your website might not be accessible immediately depending on how long your domain name needs to propagate.

You will receive all the necessary links to access your website shortly after signing up.

Virtual and Dedicated Servers may take up to 24 hours to set up, provided we were able to contact the customer over the phone for verification purposes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments through PayPal and Credit Card payments through our online payment partner 2Checkout.

Do you have a return/money-back policy?

Yes. We offer a full refund of your payment within 30 days. No questions asked. (well maybe a few for future quality assurance purposes). For more information about our refund policy please click here.
