Personal Information Usage: Greenweb will not search to sell, rent, lend, exchange or give your mail address, your zip code or your phone number at a third party without your explicit permission. The information you have provided Greenweb is protected and cannot be found by an external party. Greenweb will use the customer’s personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide contracted services and to collect fees owed.
Disclosure of Personal Information: The Customer authorizes Greenweb to use its name, business name, city or country information and comments in marketing documents or as testimonials on Greenweb’s website. At any time, the Customer can send a written notice to withdraw this authorization. Greenweb will only disclose personal information to a third party if required by law as evidenced by a valid Court Order of competent jurisdiction or to a collection agency if needed.
Disclosure of Non-Personal Aggregates: Greenweb could share with its partners or third parties a non-personal anonymous aggregate of information about its users or website visitors. For example, we could provide statistical data about the number of users of a particular area. The transmitted information would be for statistic purposes and would not reveal in any way your identity.
Applicable to all Greenweb clients.
Customers shall –and shall ensure that their End Users- only use the Services for lawful purposes and shall refrain from any use that breaches the Agreement or any applicable law.
Without prejudice to the law that applies to the Agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Customer’s use –and its End User’s use- of the Services is to be compliant with laws applicable to Customers or its use of the Service.
Customer shall refrain from any use of the Services which may have an adverse effect on Greenweb’s good name or standing, or may cause damage to Greenweb’s business operations, or may subject Greenweb to litigation.
Specific activities that are prohibited include, but are not limited to: (i) terrorism; (ii) threatening harm to persons or property or otherwise harassing behaviour; (iii) compromising the security (or tampering with) system resources or accounts of other Customers or of any other Internet sites or intranet sites without the proper authorisation; (iv) violating local export control laws for Software or technical information; (v) the use or transmission or distribution of any data or material protected by Intellectual Property Rights without proper authorisation; (vi) the manufacture or use or distribution of counterfeit, pirated or illegal software or other product; (vii) providing or offering compensation to End Users based on download volume, unless Customer knows – or has no reason to doubt – that such End Users are using Customer’s services only for lawful purposes and for the distribution or dissemination of their own data or material, or of data or materials for which they have the proper authorisation to distribute or disseminate the same; (viii) fraudulently representing products or services; (ix) Spamming, phishing, DoS attacks, DDoS attacks, DRDoS attacks without proper authorisation; (x) defamation, zoophilia, pornography, and erotica; (xi) intentionally accessing a computer system or Infrastructure structure component without authorization or exceeding authorized access levels thereof; (xii) activities that may result in the placement or inclusion on a Blacklist of Customer, Customer’s IP address(es) and/or IP address(es) assigned by Greenweb to Customer; and (xiii) facilitating, aiding, or encouraging any of the foregoing activities.
Customer acknowledges that any use by Customer and/or its End Users of the Services in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy could subject Customer and/or its End Users to criminal and/or civil liability, in addition to other actions by Greenweb outlined in Chapter G of the Greenweb Policies and in the General Conditions

Who may benefit from the guarantee?
This return policy is applicable to the renewable services offered by the Greenweb except for those listed in the exclusion clause. All clients of renewable services whose accounts are in order, which have no unpaid balance, are eligible for the present guarantee.
If you are dissatisfied with our services and wish to terminate your subscription, let us know within 30 days following your account’s activation by submitting a closing request from the support ticket section in your customer area. Within this delay and without any additional requirements or explanations, Greenweb will completely reimburse you for the fees paid, elapsed or prepaid of the service in question.
The present guarantee does not apply to domain names, SSL certificates, bandwidth or traffic billing, work billed hourly, and setup fees.
In order to terminate your account and claim the satisfaction guarantee, the owner of the account must log into the customer area and fill out the support ticket.The request will be processed within 10 to 15 days following its reception.
The guarantee is automatically valid for all of Greenweb subscribers. Greenweb reserves the right to modify the present guarantee at any time, without notice. The modifications will be shown on this page.
